Cancellation Policy

All courses must be booked in advance and a minimum deposit of 30% of the course cost is required to secure your place. The deposit is non-refundable and non transferable on cancellation. In the unlikely event that Alternatively Better cancels or postpones any course, due to circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to give 24 hours notice. If the course is cancelled we will refund any monies paid. Upon receipt of a deposit and enrolment form, a letter of confirmation will be sent out. Alternatively Better is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy has been produced in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and applies to all personal data, as defined in the Act. Hair tied away from face Mobile phones must be switch off in the training rooms at all times. No food or drink in the training rooms. (with the exception of bottled water) We operate a non-smoking policy with accordance to new pub smoking laws. Alternatively Better accepts no responsibility for any valuables brought into the building Certificates will only be awarded to learners who are successful and fulfils the necessary criteria All learners must abide by the terms and conditions
