Service Description
This one day practical workshop, covers everything you need to know in order for you to safely and professionally conduct a Reiki self healing session. Students will receive the theory and background of Reiki prior to the course, allowing time for you to absorb the information in your own time. There will be a further 1/2 day, to be arranged between tutor and student. Certificate upon completion of course. Change your life with this gentle yet powerful therapy. Busy mums come on the course to re-learn, how to find space for themselves and balance their own needs, with that of the families. Therapists, to add to their list of therapies they already offer. PEOPLE LIKE YOU. Once you learn Reiki, it teaches you for life. WHAT DOES THE COURSE INVOLVE? Welcome and brief introduction Smudging with sage or incense Brief review on theory and background of Reiki Reiki training one two and masters Reiki principles Guided Meditation First Reiju empowerment Effects of Reiki Working with the chakras Second Reiju empowerment LUNCH Giving a Reiki treatment to yourself Demonstration and explanation on treating others Basic guidelines to treating plants and animals Final Reiju empowerment Practise giving a treatment Receive a treatment WHAT DO I NEED? A note book (all relevant material will be covered in course manual) ON GOING SUPPORT Once you have completed the course you can telephone or e-mail any queries or question you may wish to discuss. We are also starting a reiki share group, the first Monday of every other month. Ongoing support is vital, allowing you to discuss and exchange experiences and swap treatments. Nobody knows everything about Reiki, we will keep learning from each other. Once you learn Reiki it teaches you for the rest of your life. EXAMINATION PROCESS Ongoing assessment throughout the duration of the course will enable the tutor to determine if you have displayed the skills and knowledge required to perform this therapy
Cancellation Policy
All courses must be booked in advance and a minimum deposit of 30% of the course cost is required to secure your place. The deposit is non-refundable and non transferable on cancellation. In the unlikely event that Alternatively Better cancels or postpones any course, due to circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to give 24 hours notice. If the course is cancelled we will refund any monies paid. Upon receipt of a deposit and enrolment form, a letter of confirmation will be sent out. Hair tied away from face Mobile phones must be switch off in the training rooms at all times. No food or drink in the training rooms.
