Massage can help clients to de-stress, improve circulation, and reduce pain. Providing a massage treatment can be both beneficial to the client and the therapist and can lead to an incredibly rewarding career. The GTi Body Massage course covers basic and advanced massage techniques to enable the student to perform a professional full body massage routine. All classes are small (2-4 students) to ensure a high standard of training and individual attention Ideal for beginners or as a refresher course Cost includes: PDF course manual. Online study. Online theory test. Practical sessions. This GTi Body Massage course follows the National Occupational Standards and covers: Anatomy and physiology, skin conditions, reception, preparing for a treatment, consultation, contra indications and contractions, massage techniques and full body massage routine. This course also includes the GTi Professional Standards Course, usually priced at £49 + VAT. FREE to all students who have not completed this course. This course is accompanied by images, video clips and a PDF manual for you to refer to. Twenty-one of the modules are completed online, with full online support. 2 days practical attendance in classroom. Yes, this course is perfect for beginners, also an ideal course for CPD points for practising therapists. WHO ACCREDITS THIS COURSE? Yes, all of our courses allow you to practice professionally, once you have obtained insurance cover you can offer treatments and charge for this service. There are many reputable insurers you can gain your cover from, including: the guild of professional holistic / beauty therapists, Towergate, Protectivity and various others. WILL I LEARN EVERYTHING I NEED TO PERFORM A BODY MASSAGE? Yes. Our classes are small between 2-4 participants thus, ensuring you receive focused guidance and individual attention. You will be taught a complete body massage routine with students practicing the routine on each other. As with all newly learned skills in order to perfect your massage techniques you will need to practice on family and friends. REFRESHER COURSES You are welcome to attend the practical training days as a refresher course

Cancellation Policy
All courses must be booked in advance and a minimum deposit of 30% of the course cost is required to secure your place. The deposit is non-refundable and non transferable on cancellation. In the unlikely event that Alternatively Better cancels or postpones any course, due to circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to give 24 hours notice. If the course is cancelled we will refund any monies paid. Upon receipt of a deposit and enrolment form, a letter of confirmation will be sent out.
